This chapter was introduced in December 2011.

Safe@Home Criteria

DASH risk assessed, together with the professional judgement of the IDVA, as being at high-risk or severely effected.

In addition:

To develop networking and establish links amongst key members of  diverse and marginalised groups, to raise awareness of the Safe@Home Domestic Abuse Service and to provide the links for victims, families and perpetrators to seek support and guidance regarding the options available.

To develop the role as a source of information both within the team and to members of the public, other agencies, voluntary sector, specialist groups in relation to diverse communities and marginalised groups across the Wakefield District.

As part of district-wide training strategy, to contribute to awareness-raising around domestic abuse and impacts upon families and to deliver in particular, to diverse and marginalised groups.

To provide relevant data and relevant information concerning Home Office Grant Funding 2011/12 - 2014/15.

To provide relevant invoices as per usual process (per Grant Agreement).
