Admin Officer to research Care Director and advise on the referral form, whether there are any entries, for the attention of Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) and social worker.
Admin Officer to liaise with police officer to research police systems. Outcomes to be shown on the referral form.
Admin Officer to bring to the attention of the IDVA.
IDVA to Domestic Abuse Stalking and Harassment (DASH) Risk Assess and take action re identified safety issues.
IDVA to refer to Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) where appropriate.
IDVA to contact referring officer and obtain known information.
IDVA to liaise with Safe@Home social worker.
Safe@Home social worker to assess re potential piece of work or signpost.
Referrer to be appraised of outcomes.
Record all actions and communications concerning clients within their case notes.
